The Childhood Trust and LSE UN Society invite you to attend the London Child Poverty Summit. The summit will bring together those working with London’s disadvantaged children and young people, including frontline project workers, third sector leaders, local MP’s and other stakeholders. The summit is a response to increasing levels of child poverty in the capital and the growing need for support from third sector services.
This one-day event will provide a forum to recognise, share and discuss the current challenges facing children in London. The summit will also provide the opportunity to explore and debate the challenges faced by third sector organisations working in London and to identify routes towards solutions.
There will be talks, panel discussions and networking with a wide range of stakeholders who work to alleviate the impact of poverty for children in
London. We actively encourage frontline staff to attend, along with project directors, trustees and charity leaders.
This is not-for-profit event and tickets are priced to cover the costs at just £25 each. Lunch and drinks are included in the ticket price.
Places are limited so please book now for you and your colleagues to avoid disappointment.
