On the 17th October 2018, The Childhood Trust in partnership with the LSE Student Union's UN Society hosted the London Child Poverty Summit. The summit brought together those working with London’s disadvantaged children and young people, including frontline project workers, third sector leaders, local MP’s and other stakeholders. The summit was held in response to increasing levels of child poverty in the capital and the growing need for support from third sector services.
